Introducing the newest addition to the Kontronik PYRO series of motors, the
PYRO 600!

KONTRONIK PYRO motors are known not only among the helicopter community for their power, quality and reliability. While the PYRO 30-12/14 is the best choice for 10 to 12s applications the MINIPYRO focuses on 4 to 6s models.

Now KONTRONIK closed the gap between both motors and developed together with helicopter manufacturers the PYRO 600 for 6 to 8s models. With a perfectly balanced rotating can and an extremely effective integrated cooling system, the PYRO 600 exhibits extreme power and efficiency. Ultra high heat resistance, super high quality bearings, and an extremely efficient design all come standard with this motor.

This motor is the perfect choice for 600 class helicopters, such as MIKADO’s Logo 600 or Align TRex 600. With 840 to 1,250 RPM per Volt and a maximum RPM of 28,000 the PYRO 600 comes at only 220 g weight. The PYRO 600 is expected to be available December 2009.
